- No Refund: Requests submitted less than 7 days before the seminar start date or after the seminar has commenced
Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase
- No refunds are provided for annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days from initial purchase
Digital Materials and Resources
Once digital materials, recordings, or downloadable resources have been accessed or downloaded, they are not eligible for refunds. Refund requests must be submitted before accessing these materials.

- The modification reduces the total seminar duration by more than 20%
Transferring Enrollments
As an alternative to refunds, you may transfer your enrollment:

Gift Purchases and Vouchers
